[F23] Pork Shank with Yellow Cucumber and Red Bean Soup
Serving Portion: 4 persons
1. Blanch pork. Soak tangerine peel in water for a while, then remove the white skin.
2. Bring 4L water to boil, put all the ingredients in.
3. Bring to boil again, simmer for 2-2.5 hour, season with salt.
