Method:
1. Heat 4 tablespoons oil and saute garlic, stir in onion, celery, cabbage and carrot to stir fry until soften. Stir in green capsicum and tomato.
2. Put tomato paste in to fry and pour in 3L water over medium heat. Boil 1.5 hrs and seasoning.

Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Tomato, Celery, Onion, Green pepper, Tomato paste, Ketchup, Garlic
Need ingredients: Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt
