[F111] Pork Shank with Burdock, Carrot, Sweet Corn Soup

Method:
1. Blanch pork shank. Set aside.
2. Boil 4L of water and add in all ingredients.
3. Bring to boil. Boil over gentle heat for 2-2.5 hours after boiled. Season with salt and serve.
