[A33] Fried Short Ribs with Pineapple (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Coat short ribs with beaten egg and corn starch. Deep fry until cooked and set aside. Alternatively, Shallow-fry the short ribs in oil over low heat.
2. Heat olil, saute garlic and green pepper. Mix in short ribs, pineapple and sauce mixture. Cook until sauce is reduced and serve.

Ingredients: Kin Ying short ribs, Fresh pineapple, Green pepper, Garlic, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Beaten egg and corn starch
Sauce mixture: 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, 50ml of water
