[B12] Stir-fried Beef Short Ribs in Black Pepper Sauce

Method:
1. Heat oil, pan-fry short ribs until cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Saute onion, green pepper and red pepper.
3. Mix in all cooked ingredients with black pepper sauce well.
