[D71] Stir-fried Prawn with Jade Melon & Garlic*
Serving Portion: 2-3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir fry prawn until cooked. Put aside.
2, Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger. Add jade melon and carrot and stir fry until turn soft (may also pour some water during stir fry). Add cooked prawn and salt to stir fry until mix well.
