Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Pan-fry meatballs in heated oil until 2 sides turn golden brown. Add in Shanghai cabbage/vegetable and garlic to stir fry.
2. Mix in sauce mixture and cover with lid. Simmer over gentle heat for 8 minutes until sauce become thicken.
Ingredients: Kin Ying minced pork, Water chestnuts, Garlic, Shanghai cabbage/other vegetable, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken Powder, Sesame Oil, Corn starch, Salt, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 200ml of water
