[A88] Stir-fried Kurobuta Pork Slices in Korean BBQ Style
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil, pan fry Kurobuta pork over gentle heat until 80% done. Pour in 1/3 portion of sauce, cook until the sauce is reduced. Removed and set aside.
2. Heat oil, add onion, green pepper, cabbage, red chili to stir fry until vegetables soften.
3. Pour in the remaining portion of sauce to stir fry. Return Kurobuta pork to heat through and serve.

Ingredients: Kurobuta pork, Cabbage, Onion, Green pepper, Red chili, Korean BBQ sauce
