Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Heat oil. Sauté garlic and beef until meat is almost 70% done. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil and add edible podded pea to stir fry until soften. Add tricolor capsicum to stir-fry. (May sprinkle water to fry)
3. Pour in sauce mixture. Return beef slices and mix well to serve.
Ingredients: Fresh beef slices, Edible podded pea, Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Yellow capsicum, Garlic ,Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 20ml of water
