[B15] Stir-fried Sliced Beef with Scallions

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté beef slices until 70% done. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute scallions and shallots. Return beef slices and add spring onion to stir well. Pour in sauce mixture, heat through and fry well. Serve.

Ingredients: Beef, Scallions, Onion, Spring onion, garlic, shallots, Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 20ml of water
