[B18] Stir-fried Beef and Vegetables with Satay Sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, sauté beef until 90% done. Remove.
2. Fry vegetables in rest of the oil. Pour in 3 tablespoons of water to stir-fry until cooked. Remove.
3. Sauté ginger and Shacha sauce, add beef and pour in sauce mixture and 100ml water. Stir fry well.
4. Add vegetables. Heat through to serve.

Ingredients: Beef, Vegetables, Ginger, Sacha sauce, Water, Shaoxing wine, Sugar, Corn starch, Sesame oil, Soy sauce, Chicken powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 of teaspoon sugar
