[B54] Beef Short Ribs and Eggplant Pot
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, pan-fry beef short ribs until cooked.
2. Pan-fry eggplant until softens.
3. Heat oil and saute onion. Add garlic and red chili to stir well. Mix in short ribs, eggplant, soybean sauce and 50ml water. Bring to boil and serve.
