[C08] Stewed Kamei Chicken Fillet with chestnuts
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil. Saute Kamei chicken until cooked. Remove
2. Heat oil and saute dried shallot, garlic and ginger. Add chicken and chestnuts, stir-fry well.
3. Stir in sauce mixture ingredients and braise for 10-15 minutes over low heat with lid on until chestnuts are soft.

Ingredients: Fresh chicken pieces, Chestnuts, Garlic, Ginger, Shallot, Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon oyster sauce,1 tablespoon light soy sauce,1/4 teaspoon suger, 1/4 teaspoon corn starch, 200ml water
