[C29] Stir-fry Chicken in Sze Chuan Style
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, fry chicken until 90% done. Remove.
2. Heat oil, sauté onion. Add celery, carrot, stir-fry until soft. (can fry with a little water)
3. Stir in garlic, chicken , red chili and hot bean sauce, fry until vegetabless are soft.
3. Stir in sauce mixture and fry well then done.

Ingredients: Chicken, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Red chili, Garlic, Hot bean sauce, Corn starch, Light soy sauce, Chicken Powder, Fish sauce, Black pepper, Maggi sauce, Suger, Salt, Garlic powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon suger, 2 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon corn starch, 25ml water
