[D06] Courgettes with Assorted Vegetable Fish Cake
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, fry mud carp and cut into strips.
2. Heat oil, add celery, carrots, jade melon and garlic until soft.
3. Add the fish and mix it into sauce mixture.

Ingredients: Courgette, Mud carp, Celery, Carrot, Garlic
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 25ml of water
