[D22] Kung-Pow Fish
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, stir-fry fish fillet. Remove.
2. Heat oil, add celery and fry until soft. Add onion, water chestnut and garlic, stir-fry with celery.
3. Add soybean paste, red pepper, stir-fry well. Stir fish fillet and fry gently. Mix in sauce mixture. Stir-fry well and serve.

Ingredients: Fish fillet, Celery, Onion, Water Chestnut, Red pepper, Garlic, Black bean sauce, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 25ml of water
