[D45] Tiger Prawns in Green Curry
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch pramns. Set aside.
2. Heat 2 teaspoon oil, saute dried green onion, lemongrass and garlic. Add onion, green pepper, red chili and Thai Green Curry, stir-fry well.
3. Add pramns and 100ml water to boil until cooked. (1/2 teaspoon corn starch and 4 reaspoon water)

Ingredients: Tiger prawn, Onion, Green pepper, Shallot, Red chili, Thai Green Curry paste, Lemongrass, Garlic, Fish sauce, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Condiment: 1 teaspoon of sugar
