[A19] Stir-fried Pork Jowl in XO Sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil to saute garlic and shallot. Add pork jowl and stir-fry until 70% done.
2. Heat oil to saute onion, add XO sauce and pork jowl to fry until cooked. Add red chili to stir well.
3. Pour in sauce mixture to stir fry until cooked. Serve.

Ingredients: Fresh Pork jowl, Garlic, Onion, Shallot, Red chili, XO sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 20ml of water
