[D68] Pan-fried Sole Fillet with Celery & Courgettes
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Pan-fry fish fillet in hot oil until cooked. Removed.
2. Heat oil. Saute minced ginger. Add and stir-fry with celery, courgettes and carrots until soft. (Can add a little water)
3. Add fish fillet, mix the prepared sauce and 25ml of water, stir-fry well. Serve. (1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water)

Ingredients: Fish Fillet, Courgette, Celery, Carrot, Ginger, Sugar, Shaoxing wine, Corn starch, Chicken powder, Salt, Sesame oil, Pepper
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, Splash of sesame oil
