Fried Shrimp Ball with Asparagus in XO sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Pan-fry prawns in hot oil until cooked. Removed.
2. Saute garlic, ginger in heat oil. Add and stir-fry with asparagus until soft. Stir-fry with prawns and XO sauce and serve.
