[E25] Braised Vegetarian Chicken with Hair Marrow and Cloud Ear Fungus

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, saute hairy marrow and carrots. Pour in 200ml of water.
2. Mix in sauce mixture, add vegetarian chicken and cloud ear fungus to simmer until hairy marrow is soften. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch and 4 teaspoon of water to heat through until the sauce is reduced.

Ingredients: Hairy marrow, Vegetarian chicken, Cloud ear fungus, Carrots
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
