Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
Method:
1. Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger. Add assorted mushrooms to fry until soft. Stir in baby Chinese cabbage to fry.
2. Pour in sauce mixture. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes with lid on.
