[E35] Braised Luffa with Wolfberries and Vermicelli
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Saute onion & garlic, stir in luffa.
2. Pour in sauce mixture and 300ml of water, bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes with a lid.
3. Stir in vermicelli and wolfberries, (sprinkle water if desired) boil again to serve.

Ingredients: Luffa, Onion, Vermicelli, Garlic, Wolfberries
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, Splash of sesame oil
