[E78] Assorted Vegetables with Dried Shrimp and Vermicelli Pot
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch broccoli until soft and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute dried shrimp. Add and stir-fry broccoli, Chinese cabbage and garlic.
3. Pour in sauce mixture, bring to boil. Cover the lid and simmer over gentle heat for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in vermicelli, red chili and enoki mushrooms to boil. Serve hot. (Sprinkle water if desired)

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 300ml of water
