Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic, stir in onion and luffa to fry until luffa is soft.
2. Pour in sauce mixture, stir in cloud ear fungus and vegetarian abalone to fry until sauce is reduced.

Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 100ml of water
