[A27] Stir-fried Green Beans with Black Pepper (Kin Ying Pork)

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch green beans, remove and set aside.
2. Fry minced pork in heated oil until cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Fry garlic and crushed black pepper in heated oil. Add green beans to stir-fry until beans are soft.
4. Add minced pork and red chill to stir fry. Pour in sauce mixture. Mix well and serve.

Ingredients: Kin Ying minced pork, Green bean, Red chili, Garlic, Black pepper, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken Powder, Sesame Oil, Corn starch, Salt, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 25ml of water
