[F04] Pork with Pumpkin, Chestnuts and Corn Soup

Serving Portion: 4 persons
 
Method:
1. Blanch pork. Remove and set aside.
2. Pour in 4L of water and bring to boil. Put all ingredients in and bring to boil.
3. Simmer over low heat for 2 to 2.5 hours. Season with salt and serve.

Ingredients: Pumpkin, Shin of pork, Chestnuts, Corn, Chinese almond, Dates
