[F10] Pork with Salted Egg and Hairy Gourd Soup
Serving Portion: 4 persons
 
Method:
1. Separate egg yolk and egg white of salted egg.
2. Pour in 1.5L of water and bring to boil. Mix in ginger, hairy gourd, pork and salted egg yolk. Boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Mix in salt egg white (your desired portion) and stir well and serve.
