[F29] Pork Shank with Green Radish, Carrot and Corn Soup

Method:
1. Blanch pork shank and set aside.
2. Pour in 4L of water and bring to boil, put all ingredients in, boil over medium heat for 2 - 2.5 hrs. Season with salt and serve.
