[F68] Pork Shank with Cloud Ear Fungus and Carrot Soup

Method:
1. Blanch Pork and set aside.
2. Boil 2L of water and add in all ingredients.
3. Bring to boil. Boil over medium heat for 40 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
