[F88] Pork Shank with Kudzu, Hyacinth Beans and Rice Beans Soup

Method:
1. Blanch pork shank and set aside.
2. Boil 4L of water and add in all ingredients.
3. Bring to boil. Boil over gentle heat for 2-2.5 hours. Season with salt and serve.
