Teriyaki Chicken
Serving Portion: 2-3 persons
1. Heat oil and dip chicken fillet into liquid egg and cornstarch; then pan-fry it until cooked. Put aside.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry onion until cooked and then add the teriyaki sauce to chicken fillet.
