[E15] Vegetarian Stew with Lotus Root & Snow Peas
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic stir-fry with lotus roots.
2. pour seasoning into 50ml water and mix with all ingredients (excluding lilly bulbs). Cook the mixture for 3 minutes. 3. Mix the mixture with liily bulbs.

Ingredients: Lotus Root , Snow Peas, spiced dried tofu, lily bulbs, ear fugus, Garlic
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar
