[A41] Stir-fried Spare Ribs with Pineapple & Tomato (Kin Ying Pork)
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil, pan-fry spare ribs until cooked.
2. Stir fry onion and garlic to stir-fry .
3. Add tomatoes to stir-fry until tomatoes soften.
4. Mix in pineapple chunks and pour in sauce mixture to stir well and serve.

Ingredients: Kin Ying spare ribs, Pineapple, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Oil
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 tablespoon of vineger, 50ml of water
