[A94] Stir-fried Pork jowl & Chinese chive with XO sauce

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil. Saute pork jowl until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat oil. Saute Garlic, Cloud ear fungus, White fungus, Chinese chive until cooked through.
3. Return pork jowl to the pan, stir and heat through. Season with XO sauce and salt before serving.
