Satay Beef with Vermicelli and Enoki Mushrooms Pot
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic, red chili and sliced beef until meat is almost cooked.
2. Pour in satay sauce and sauce mixture, add enoki mushrooms and bring to boil.
3. Add vermicelli, cook well and serve.

Ingredients: Sliced beef, Enoki mushrooms, Vermicelli, Satay sauce, Garlic, Red chili
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 200ml of water
