Method:
1. Heat oil. Sauté garlic, add chicken fillets & fry until 70% done. 2. Heat oil. Stir in celery and carrot, fry until Vegetabless are done. Add chicken and red chili, stir-fry well.
3. Mix sauce mixture and stir well. Remove the heat. Stir in cashew nut. Ready to serve.
