[C20] Stir-fried Chicken with Celery, Assorted Peppers & Mango

Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute chicken fillet until cooked. Mix in garlic to fry.
2. Add green pepper, red pepper and celery, pour in sauce mixture and 50ml of water and stir fry until the sauce becomes thick.
3. Remove the heat and stir in mango. Mix well and serve.

Ingredients: Chicken, Green pepper, Red pepper, Celery, Mango, Garlic, Sugar, Pepper, Chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, Water, Sesame oil, Corn starch
