Order and Delivery Details

  1. Please place order 14 working days prior to delivery date.
  2. Please fill in the order form and return it to us by email to cookeasy@tungwah.org.hk or fax to 2616 9571.  We will contract you to confirm order within 2 working days after your order received.
  3. Please settle the full payment within 2 working days after order confirmation.
  4. You may enjoy a free delivery upon purchase to $2,500 or above.  Delivery to remote area will be quoted separately.  Please call us in advance for delivery arrangement and boundary.
  5. If no elevator service is available for premises or in the event of a lift breakdown during delivery, please inform us in advance.  An additional delivery fee of HK$50 per floor will be charged.
  6. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event, customers may re-schedule another delivery date within 2 months after the first delivery date.  If any lost incurred due to the bad weather, TWGHs CookEasy Production Centre will not take any responsibility.
  7. Order cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed. No refund will be arranged.
  8. No prior notice will be arranged if menu items or pricing have been changed.
  9. TWGHs CookEasy Production Centre reserves the right on a final decision in case of disputes regarding the Christmas catering service.

 

Payment Method

  1. By Bank Transfer:  Please bank in the payment to Tung Wahl Group of Hospitals’ Bank of China account (A/C# 012-875-0-027677-7) and return the payment record by email to cookeasy@tungwah.org.hk or fax to 2616 9571.
  2. By Pay Me: We will contact you and send out PayCode by email or Whatsapp.
  3. Internal transfer:  Only available for the centres of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals
