[C112] Green Curry Chicken in Thai Style
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken until cooked
2. Add green curry and 200ml water, stir well, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes after boiled.
3. Add basil, coconut milk and condiment until boiled.

Ingredients: Chicken pieces, Eggplants, Onion, Coconut milk, Green curry, Basil, Shaoxing wine, Suger, Corn starch, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Salt, Oyster sauce, Pepper
Need ingredients: Condiment: 1 teaspoon of suger, 1/4 teaspoon of salt
