[E05] Braised Assorted Vegetables with Pumpkin in Curry Sauce
Serving Portion: 2 to 3 persons
 
Method:
1. Heat oil and saute shallots. Add in and stir fry carrot, green pepper and potato.
2. Mix in curry powder, sauce mixture and 250ml of water, bring to boil and add pumpkin. Cover the lid and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until potato and pumpkin become soft. (May sprinkle water if desired)

Ingredients: Pumpkin, Potato, Carrot, Green pepper, Shallot, Curry powder
Need ingredients: Sauce mixture: 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar
