Serving Portion: 4 persons
1. Blanch pork bone. Remove and set asides.
2. Peel and core pears. Cut into 4 pieces
3. Bring 4L of water to boil. Put all ingredients in and bring to boil again.
4. Simmer over low heat for 2 to 2.5 hrs. Season with salt and serve.
